Successful urbanisation.

The Malley-Gare district plan was developed by the municipalities of Prilly, Renens and Lausanne and SBB. Spread across the municipalities of Prilly and Renens, it is an urban mix of offices, residential accommodation, retail and a medical centre. The two winners of the 2018 architecture competition are pressing ahead with the planning of the site in tandem with property owner SBB. Nearly 50,000 m² of floor space will take shape by 2023 and will offer a new city life and successful urbanisation close to the Prilly-Malley stop.
